Scope and ordering

These terms govern consumer orders for The Corner Potter stoneware. Product characteristics and VAT-inclusive prices form part of the pre-contract information. “Confirm order” currently records an unpaid request; the contract is concluded only after availability, delivery, total cost and payment method are confirmed in a durable form.

Delivery, guarantee and disputes

Delivery charges, restrictions and timing are confirmed before any payment obligation; unless otherwise agreed, delivery is within 30 days. Statutory conformity rights apply. Portuguese law and mandatory consumer rules in your country remain applicable. Complaints may be made through the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book and a competent consumer ADR body.
